TSF Cake Demo & Latest Delivered Orders

Buat dua nie sampai kul 3.00 pagi baru dapat rehat/tidur. Balik opis dah la lewat, highway pasir gudang-perling lak jam, camna nak balik awal. Gitu gini kul 8.00 & above je baru start buat kek & dekornya. Kena buat yang simple dekor je la. Kalu nak lebih lagi maunya esok pagi tak siap lagi...
Barbie on the cake requested by regular customer, Linda for her nieces b'day (Nazira & Najiha). Cake is a sponge chocolate flavor & frosted with choc ganache. Decor the grasses with royal icing. Barbie, flowers & other decors were made of ready made fondant except for the white roses i.e. were made of gumpastes. Running out of time to do my own fondant.






This cake was ordered by my sis, Nor for her mother-in-law's 65 b'day. 10' Sponge vanilla flavor cake with fresh cream & orange filling & frosted & decorated with fresh whip cream & royal icing.

Choc ganache frosted cake ordered by Linda for her office b'day celebration for the month of Nov '08.

Bowling theme b'day cake ordered by Jennette for her friend Francis.

Won a lucky draw cake made by the Chef Andy Tan during the Tan See Fong Cake Demo at Perling Indah last Sunday.

terserempak dgn your blog. I'm impressed with your skills. Amik kelas ke? I love cake decorating too, but so far belasah taram sendiri aje..takde kelas formal,hehe.. I'm from bandar baru uda, currently in US, but tak lama lagi nak balik mesia dah. perhaps u can show me some tips eh.. byk ke bahan2 ke kat kedai perling indah tu eh? selalunya i gi ke kedai baking yg kat larkin tuh...ape ke tah namanya.
