B'day Cake Tok Anim & Syikin from Mak Usu/Pak Usu

Tengah dalam decor workshop si Alan Ooi, my sister si Nor telefon kata wife Gee (brother-in-law dia) nak order kek, nak mlm tu gak tuk mother-in-law dia & my niece Putri ke Syikin ke!(I confius lak!). Nak celebrate belated b'day Maknya & Putri tu not sure b'day ke, habis primary 6 lepas UPSR, rasanye la... Rasa tak larat gak nak wat but mandangkan permintaan sedara sendiri nie susah nak reject...buat je yang termampu. Nie la hasilnya, lepas kelas Alan tu confident le sikit wat painting on the cake & guna piping jel color2 to make the decor more colorful.

Malam sebelumnye dah le tidoq kul 3 pagi sebab buatkan cotton marble my auntie si An(Norehan), dia nak bagi Puan Sri Jah (wife YB Tan Sri Jins Shamsudin- mak angkatnye). Permintaan org jauh punya pasal terpaksa tunaikan. Auntie Jah nye tu nak Lebanese Marble, hari raya tu i pernah wat kan & Si An bagi tuk buah tangan raya buat Auntie Jah dia. Tapi tak laratnye nak wat pasal takut terjadi sesuatu (kot le ter bentat ke kek tu sebab dah keletihan, so tak berani ambil risiko) tu yg i watkan cotton marble je, 3 biji sekali i wat sampai kul 3 pagi. Hope she likes it.

keknye ialah sponge choc flav frosted with whip cream & decor with choc ganache, piping gel & royal icing.

Ni si Ai (my schoolmate) punya accomplished decorated pieces. Purposely ajak dia join this class. She's a first timer, tak pernah main dgn icing2 nie, boleh tahan juga hasilnya. She's so happy....her little girl pun teruja dgn cupcakes yg dia bawak balik. Si Ai excited giler & look forward for other decoration classes lepas nie you know...

Ni my girl, si Alisya punye kerja la nie dok mengacau. She's also interested in this cake decorating kinda thing. Bawak assistant gi kelas ni & mostly benda nie sume dia yg sibuk nak decor sampai jadi camnie hasilnye....he..he...tak pe, I dtg tuk dptkan technic&tips2 tuk nak polish lagi my decorating skills. Penat dah wat decor2 ni, tak concentrate sgt, i biarkan je my girl yang makeup kan cuppies nie..

Gambor ramai2 lepas habis kelas.

Wah dapat sijil lagi...kah..kah..kah..

Cupcakes B'day Seri Amani & Intan Danielle's Hubby/Sister

Intan ordered the cupcakes for her hubby's & sister's b'day. Requested for a sport rim fondant decor for hubby coz' the hubby luv all things associated with car & girl kinda stuff for her sister. Nie le jadi nye... sebab tak banyak masa nak wat yang lain2nye. Tempahan banyak lak this weekend. Cupcakes i wat choc moist flav & buttercream frosting.

Ni lak Ayu order last minute. Nasib baik dpt membuatnya but lum siap lagi dia dah ada depan umah nak ambil cuppies nie tuk b'day anaknya. Terpaksa suruh dia bagi masa lagi 1 jam tuk siapkan nie. Kena antar ke umah mak dia, nasib umahnya dekat rawa je dlm area perling. Cupcake choc moist dgn frosting royal icing. Decor tu guna rolled fondant yg dibuat sendiri.

Wedding Cake & Cupcakes

Latifah Rohaniah ordered this set for her wedding with a small cake on top of the cake tier. Dia tak nak ikut colour theme gold for her wedding cupcakes. Disuruhnya i buat assorted & guna warna2 menarik. So inilah yang dah di siapkan untuk majlis persandingannya esok. Cuppies ialah choc moist flavour, frosted with royal icing & specially decorated with fondant decors that I've made my own.
