Azie's Advance Buttercream Deco, Benji Roll, Scorpion Roll & Kek Lapis Class

Went to Azie's Cakes & Cookies Shop last weekend to learn these cakes baking & deco. Had fun learning these advance technics to further enhance my deco skills & meeting new friends too who are also keen on cake decorating biz.

My ex-classmate Rohiza asked me to guide her to d.i.y her daughter's birthday cake with edible print image topping. This is the result... Choc moist cake layered & frosted with choc fudge. Deco on the sides of the cake & photo boarder using buttercream & fondant. She's so pleased with the accomplished....well, I'm happy for her too & I'm glad that I've made her day.
